Penza, 30 June 2014. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev demanded the ministers to intensify efforts to attract people to leading a healthy way of life during the online meeting held on Monday, June 30.

According to the head of the region, it is necessary to create new incentive programs that would help dealing with alcoholism and smoking, the press service of the government of the Penza region informed.

Vasily Bochkarev also believes that it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of a balanced diet.

“We should work with all population groups, pay attention to the youth. It is the period of childhood when the right attitude to health is formed,” the governor noted.
