Penza, 3 July 2014. PenzaNews. Residents of the Penza region will be able to get married in the State Lermontov Museum-Reserve “Tarkhany.”

According to the regional government registrar, in the year of the 200th anniversary of the birth of M. Lermontov, away registration of newlyweds in “Tarkhany” will be carried out on July 19.

“To do that one must apply to the local office of the registrar in Belinski area,” the department explained.

Pre-registration will be made in the above mentioned registry office, starting from May 27, 2014, with subsequent submission of joint statements in accordance with the indicative timetable for applying for registration of marriage posted on the official website of the registrar of the Penza region.
