Plane from the Crimea, which was scheduled to arrive at 19.20, landed with a delay of half an hour. In the opposite direction the flight, scheduled for 20.25, was also sent late.
According to the director of Penza airport Yuri Oskolkov, tickets to Simferopol were acquired by 101 people.
“Regular flights from Penza to the Crimean peninsula will be performed by “Saravia” in YAK-42 with capacity of 120 seats. So far we have announced about weekly flights on Mondays. Ticket cost varies from 4,5 thousand to 5,6 thousand rubles. We can say that the flight is in high demand, because a large number of tickets for the next flights have already been booked,” he said.
Yuri Oskolkov added that soon new flights from Penza to Simferopol will be introduced provided for sending children to the places of resort.
“According to the health improving program, the Penza region plans to take about 400 children this summer. To do this, we will allocate individual flights. The first one is scheduled for July 17,” the director of the airport clarified.
