Penza, 10 July 2014. PenzaNews. Mass alcohol tests for drivers will be held in Penza and Kamensky, Belinsky, Nizhnelomovsky, and Narovchatsky areas on July 11-13.

Traffic police urged car owners to be understanding in case of possible inconveniences caused by this preventive measure.

Also, traffic police asked all residents of the region to not remain indifferent in case of violation of traffic rules by someone.

“If a person sees that a drunk driver is at the stering wheel, he can report this to the duty office: (8412) 59-90-02, 59-90-03, 59-90-04, or 02,” the group of propaganda of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region said.
