Penza, 10 July 2014. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev required to arrange the territory near the palace of martial arts, which is under construction in 40 Let Oktyabrya Street in Penza.

During an inspection visit to the facility on Thursday, July 10, the head of the region drew attention to the fact that people coming to the facility will be forced to walk directly on the lawns and carry the dirt in sports facility.
