Property of debtors for 8.5 million rubles tracked down by Penza bailiffs during part six months

Penza, 11 July 2014. PenzaNews. Property and funds of debtors totaling more than 8.5 million rubles were tracked down by Penza bailiffs during the period from January to June 2014.

“During the six months of the current year, 960 investigative cases were filed and 669 were closed. 35 vehicles belonging to debtors were located,” Kseniya Pivovarova, the chief expert in media relations of the regional administration of Federal service of judicial bailiffs, told news agency “PenzaNews.”

She said that 306 investigative cases were filed against the debtors in maintenance obligations, and the whereabouts of 232 debtors were established.

“As a matter of fact, the debtors in this category are usually people who are deprived of their parental rights, leading immoral life, and unemployed,” the agency interlocutor said.

Kseniya Pivovarova reminded that bailiffs frequently use display stands with photos of debtors to improve effectiveness of investigations.

“These stands are located in courthouses, offices of bailiffs, and police departments, as well as on the territory of the bus terminal and the multipurpose center. In addition, a banner with pictures of alimony defaulters was installed in at Fontannaya Square in early 2014,” she said.
