Penza, 16 July 2014. PenzaNews. Representatives of confectionery, furniture, glass, IT and instrument engineering clusters participated in the training “Art of active sales” by Dmitry Norka which took place in Penza last Tuesday, July 15.

The event was organized by “The Center of cluster development,” JSC.

“This training is as unique in both its idea and methods. It should be noted that Dmitry Norka tops the list of the best Russian business sales trainers. He has 15 years of experience in the field of consulting practices and expertise in sales, he is a specialist in B2B and B2C practices,” Mikhail Lyashkov, general director of “Center of cluster development,” JSC, told news agency “PenzaNews.”

According to him, the training participants learned about the concepts of successful actions at each stage of business communication between the seller and the buyer, from preparing the first meeting with the client to closing the deal.

Participants were able see how the technique of effective active sales works, and practiced the corresponding methods.
