Penza, 16 July 2014. PenzaNews. Mass alcohol tests for drivers were held in Penza on Wednesday, July 16.

“Mass alcohol tests will be held in order to identify people who drink and drive, who will then take the required examination,” the spokesperson for propaganda department traffic police branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region told the news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department reminded that drivers can use audio and video recording devices to prevent potentially illegal behavior by traffic police workers.
