Addressing the audience, governor Vasily Bochkarev thanked the teachers, doctors, representatives of the construction industry, farmers and civil servants for many years of hard work.

“Each of you is a creative person who was not thinking about the awards and just did the best they could. Your achievements are the result of hard professional work,” the head of the region said.

During the ceremony, the chairman of the agricultural production cooperative “Saltykovo” in Zemetchinsky area Yuri Pchelintsev was awarded the medal “For Services to the Motherland” of the second degree.

The title “Honorary Doctor of the Russian Federation” was awarded to the head of department No.3 of the city dental clinic Olga Kryuchkova.

The title “Honorary Teacher of the Russian Federation” was awarded to the teacher of the provincial boarding school for gifted children Lyudmila Skripko.

Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation was announced to two doctors, Lyudmila Smagina of regional narcological hospitals and Valentina Larina of polyclinic of city hospital No.3.
