Head of the region was disappointed that the dumpster was surrounded by large amounts of waste.

“They dumped food and bulky waste. This is wrong,” Vasily Bochkarev told the duty-holders.

The governor stressed the need to develop a recycling system for bulky waste in Penza, which is currently being left by the residents on garbage platforms near the dumpsters.

According to Vasily Bochkarev, the solution to the situation can be found in a joint discussion of the problem during a round table conference between government representatives, management companies, homeowner associations, and businessmen.

“These dumps are all over the city and areas. There are too many of them, and we need to get rid of them,” head of the region said.
