According to the management of the registry office in the region, the decision was made in connection with numerous appeals of brides and grooms.

“In order to register marriage in the Penza Regional Philharmonic Hall, please contact the local office of the registrar of Pervomaysky district of Penza in Bogdanova Street, 17. Pre-registration will be held from Wednesday, August 20,” the agency said.
