A resident of Karpinskogo Street, Larisa Bobrova, who came with a personal appointment to head of the city for the second time, was interested in future state of the Karpinskogo Street public garden, commonly called Vyacheslav Tarasov square.
According to the woman, the site, located near school No. 1, needs to be officially named in the honor of the former director of the school, and the city should ban any construction work on the area.
“This public garden was scheduled for construction in 2002, but until recently this site has not been touched at all. When people started to measure the land there, it started bothering the locals. In any case, nothing has been built so far. And we would like to save the park,” Yuri Alpatov said.
Head of Penza met all appeals of the residents, gave the relevant notes on all the issues, and promised to provide help in solving them.
