“The results of inspection will show whether the increase is justified, what is the reason behind it. After the inspection, we will determine whether there are any violations of the antimonopoly legislation,” press service of the regional department quoted FAS chief.
According to Oksana Kuznetsova, the inspection will last for one month in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
She also said that the procedure may be extended by another month if additional information is required.
FAS chief reminded that in 2012, bakeries No.2 and No.4 had already been inspected on violation of antimonopoly laws (unjustified price rises), which resulted in fines.
