The initial price is 100 960 000 rubles.

According to the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Penza region, the building and the area will be sold to recover 32,8 million rubles from the owner Lyudmila Avdonina in favor of MDM Bank, nearly 23,9 million rubles of the debt is due under the loan agreement dated April 8, 2008, over 6 million rubles is the interest, around 3 million rubles — the penalties, and the remaining amount — state fees.

“In case of failure to comply with this decision, to recover from the owner Lyudmila [Vladimirovna] Avdonina in favor of an open joint-stock company MDM Bank interest on borrowed funds charged on the CBR refinancing rate of 8,25% per annum on the entire amount sought by arbitration court in favor of the plaintiff from the date of the entry of a judicial act in force and until the actual execution,” the operative part of the decision says.

Currently at Penza, Moskovskaya Street, 17, there is shopping center “Orlenok.” According to information posted on the website of the city administration, from March 27, 2014 the building was cut off hot water supply for the debts.
