Penza, 10 September 2014. PenzaNews. Targeted DUI traffic accident prevention activities will be conducted in the Penza region on Wednesday, September 10.

As the press service representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region told news agency “PenzaNews,” traffic police officers will stop vehicles in order to establish the physical state of drivers, with further examination.

“We urge the drivers to be understanding of the mass alcohol tests,” the department said.
