Penza, 10 September 2014. PenzaNews. The title of “Honorary Donor of Russia” was awarded to 28 residents of the Penza region.

“Most of them have already received the badges and certificates for in the Regional Blood Transfusion station,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Health told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry clarified that there are over four thousand honorary donors in the Penza region in total.
