Penza, 18 September 2014. PenzaNews. Heat-loving primates will be transferred from the open cages in the winter heated rooms in Penza zoo in the near future.

As the zoo administration spokesperson told news agency “PenzaNews,” the animals will be transferred to the heated enclosures on Friday, September 19, due to a significant decrease of average daily temperature.

“The open cages for primates will be occupied by foxes, polar foxes, raccoons and raccoon dogs,” the zoo representative said.

They also noted that the residents of the city still have an opportunity to see the monkeys before they are moved to the winter rooms.
