Penza, 19 September 2014. PenzaNews. The French company Decathlon is ready to open boutique of sporting equipment, clothing and footwear in Penza.

During negotiations with the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev held during the investment forum in Sochi, the representatives of the company offered to open a boutique in Prospekt Stroitelei Street in Penza.

According to them, the total area of the shopping complex may reach about three thousand sq. meters. It will include a playground and a modern parking.

As Vasily Bochkarev noted, this project is of great interest for the region since Penza youth is actively involved in sports, the press service of the regional government said.

Decathlon is a French company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of sporting equipment, clothing and footwear.

It was founded in 1976.
