Penza, 24 September 2014. PenzaNews. 350 orphans have moved into new apartments in the Penza region since the beginning of 2014.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor told news agency “PenzaNews,” 460 orphans to be provided with housing by December.

“Providing orphans with housing is held in the framework of sub-program “Social support to certain categories of citizens of the Penza region in the housing sector.” It is being implemented within the framework of state program “Social support to citizens in the Penza region in 2014–2020,” the department explained.

Currently, housing is available to orphans under the contract of lease of specialized premises for a period of 5 years.

After this period, in the absence of circumstances requiring assistance in overcoming difficult situation, social tenancy agreement is concluded.

Otherwise, the contract of lease of specialized premises is prolonged for a new 5-year term.
