“I have a lot to say to Mr. Bespalov. There are witnesses. I believe the truth is on my side. There are people who are ready to confirm this truth. And the chain of events suggests that there was hostile takeover attempt,” Ruslan Barmakov told news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday, October 8.

Director of two innovative companies also expressed his hope that the court would consider the claim without a bias and would be able to take into account all the circumstances of the case concerning the situation over the subsidiaries of JSC “Penza regional fund for innovation support” (PRFIS).

Responding to a question about the effects of his two pickets – by the buildings of business incubator on Valadarskogo Street and regional government on Moskovskaya Street, – Ruslan Barmakov refused to comment, mentioning that, according to the information available, currently one of the control and audit services is verifying PRFIS activities.

“They [the officers] met me, inspected the equipment on one of the projects: no decisions yet, nothing. The only thing is that I have a gentlemen agreement with them, which is why I do not give any comments,” he explained.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, Ruslan Barmakov, general director of Penzkonditermash LLC and Mikroprofil LLC held one-man pickets in Penza on September 29 and September 30. The first picket took place in front of the business incubator building on Volodarskovo street, and the second was held at the Lenin square by the Penza government hall.
