Penza, 13 October 2014. PenzaNews. A preventive action “The Beacon” will take place in the Penza region during the countrywide forum of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) called “Quality education for the Country” that will be held in Penza on October 14-15.

“The action aims to remind the drivers to give way to special-purpose vehicles with active signal light and sound,” the group of propaganda of traffic police department in the Penza region told PenzaNews agency.

The traffic police representatives warned that violating this rule may lead to a fine of 500 rubles or a 1–3-month driving ban.

“STSI reminds the drivers that they should give way to the vehicles with active blue flashing lights and sound alarm, as well as the vehicles they are escorting,” said the propaganda department spokesperson.
