Penza, 15 October 2014. PenzaNews. People will always complain about the quality of education, regardless of how successful the current problems are solved, said Andrei Fursenko, Aide to the President of Russia, during the second day of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) forum “Quality education for the Country” in Penza.

“People will never calm down, relax and say that everything is perfect and nothing more must be done. The better the level is, the more complaints there will be,” he said.
According to the aide, 10 years ago people thought that the only problem of education is ensuring the timely payments of bare-bones salaries; however, the questions have changed with the times.
“At a present day, when we meet not just on the formal meetings, but also, let’s say, informally, the question of salary is not the first and not even the second one that gets raised. We and the teachers are discussing how the schoolbooks must be designed, how to motivate kids to study more, what should we change in the school equipment, how to make the kids healthier and push them towards PE and sports. The teachers are speaking about the soul, the meaning of life, the schooling,” Andrei Fursenko explained.
