Penza, 15 October 2014. PenzaNews. Penza region has achieved a certain level of success in terms of developing the education system, said Andrei Fursenko, Aide to the President of Russia, during the second day of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) forum “Quality education for the Country” in Penza.

“Penza region has something to be commended for. First of all, very few kids study in the afternoon shift, thanks to new schools, kindergartens, combined educational facilities being built: this means people think of the kids and want them to study in the morning,” he said.
According to Andrei Fursenko, the second advantage of the region is its great attention to the problems of education and cultural heritage.
“It is no coincidence the forum is held in Penza: the people here respect their countrymen and those who were born here,” the aide to the President of Russia remarked.
He placed special emphasis on the fact that the Penza region authorities “listen to the voice of the people – teachers and parents,” which, according to Andrei Fursenko, is the most important thing.
