Penza, 15 October 2014. PenzaNews. One of the advantages of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) forum “Quality education for the Country” in Penza is its potential for practical application, said Yuri Krivov, head of Penza administration, to PenzaNews agency on Wednesday, October 15.

“The important thing in this event, no doubt, is that those who speak are, on the one side, the people who are ‘in the grind’ – in schools, kindergartens, universities and colleges: teachers, principals, tutors, all the people who make the pedagogical society; and, on the other side, are high-ranking federal officials, representatives of NGOs and political movements; and if there will be dialogue with the [Russian] president, it will be good,” said the mayor.
In his opinion, time will show which ideas and suggestions will become the basis of the new laws.
“Laws, like flowers, take time to nurture. But they cannot be created without a debate, an exchange of opinions, a discussion, so such forums are no doubt useful,” the agency interlocutor said.
