Labor Ministry head commemorated Penza region remote learning program for special needs children
Penza, 15 October 2014. PenzaNews. The Minister of Labor and Social Security of Russia Maksim Topilin, who visited the governor boarding school for gifted children and the education center for special needs children during his visit to Penza on Wednesday, October 15, was satisfied by the way the education process was organized.

The Ministry of Labor head learned of the atmosphere where the children with special needs receive the knowledge, visited the sensory and teaching classrooms, and watched the online lessons.
“Five years ago, we began working with organizing an accessible education atmosphere for disabled children. And we already can see the changes, and not just in equipment. Most importantly, the people’s attitude towards the disabled children began to change, and it is very important,” Maksim Topilin remarked.
According to the press service of the Penza region government, the minster plans to take part in the plenary meeting of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) forum “Quality education for the Country” in late afternoon.
