Stanislav Govorukhin called education and upbringing country’s most important tasks

Penza, 15 October 2014. PenzaNews. Stanislav Govorukhin, co-head of the APF HQ and leade of the National President’s Support Headquarters, stated that good education and upbringing are the most important tasks of the country.

According to him, two generations have already “jumped into” the computer age without touching the age of writing.

“We are finally beginning to see the disaster. Illiterate, uneducated people cannot build a strong civilized state,” Stanislav Govorukhin said during the ongoing plenary meeting of the All-Russia People’s Front (APF) forum “Quality education for the Country” in Penza.
