As of now, a switching unit will be sealed after a flat is cut off the grid for non-payment.
If a fact of illegal grid connection is revealed, the house management company officers will document the unaccounted energy use in a special act and will increase the debt amount based on illegal resource consumption, and the flat owner will have to pay the energy debt in full amount by the highest price starting from the grid disconnection date.
The volumes will be calculated basing on the power consumption of each device that was illegally connected to the grid with the assumption that the device was on 24 hours a day.
As the Arbekovo house management companies portal says, the experts estimate the costs of illegal grid connections to reach 450-500 rubles a day for a single flat.
