Extraordinary on-site and desk audits conducted by the regional FAS Russia department found signs of trade legislation violation in terms of creating unfair conditions for economic entities that cannot be classified as store chains in the actions of the Penza bread factories No. 2 and No. 4.

As the press secretary of the department told PenzaNews agency, the audit was caused by multiple reports on growing prices.

“We are currently deciding on opening an antitrust offense lawsuit against the Penza bread factories No. 2 and No. 4,” the agency interlocutor said.

She also added that extraordinary antitrust audit is currently conducted at “Petelino” trading company and “Vasilyevskaya” poultry factory.
