Penza, 24 October 2014. PenzaNews. Summary communal debt of the Penza citizens approaches 400 mln rubles, the press service of the regional administration told PenzaNews agency.

The officials reminded the audience that anybody in debt can decide to negotiate for debt restructuring that would allow to pay out the owed amount in several installments without late payment charges.

“You can also see if you can apply for the government communal subsidies, and make sure to use it in order to reduce your bills,” said the administration.

According to the officials, the Penza citizens have already signed up for 750 debt restructuring procedures for the total amount of over 30 mln rubles.

“Please address your communal management company to learn more about debt restructuring,” the press service added.
