Penza, 24 October 2014. PenzaNews. Supporters of “StopHam” movement against rude drivers started their activities in Penza.
During the first raid in the city streets they reminded the drivers of improperly parked cars that they should strictly follow the road traffic regulations.
If a car owner refused to voluntarily move the car and continued being an inconvenience to other drivers, the activists put a sticker on the windshield of his car that said “I don’t give a damn, and park where I want” with the symbol of the project.
Activists did the same to the vehicles parked in unauthorized places for a long time.
However, several car owners said that previously heard about the project “StopHam.” They were sympathetic to the request of the young people and agreed to park in authorized locations.
The first video of “StopHam” activists in Penza is available on Youtube.com. As of 16.30 Friday, October 24, it gathered over 6,500 views.
