Penza, 30 October 2014. PenzaNews. The Leninsky area prosecutor’s office of the city found the construction works of an apartment building in Raiki residential estate of Penza city illegal.

“According to prosecutor’s investigation, the real estate developer has received no apartment building construction permit as per Art. 51 of the Planning Code of the Russian Federation. The prosecutor’s office has opened administrative cases against ‘Penzastroy’ JSC and its general director [Valentin Zhuravlev] under part 1, art. 9.5 of the Administrative Code, titled ‘Violating the existing construction, reconstruction, capital repair laws for a large scale building and its operations’,” the Senior Media Assistant Attorney of the Penza region Yuliya Makarova told “Penzanews” agency.

She added that the prosecutor made an amendment submission against the director of “Penzastroy” JSC.

“The prosecution acts are currently on review,” the agency interlocutor explained.
