Penza took 35th place in most convenient Russian cities

Penza, 31 October 2014. PenzaNews. Penza took the 35th place in an integral top-100 2013 rating of largest Russian cities compiled by Urbanika planning institute.

Penza region gained seven positions in the rating compared to 2012 with 57.1 points.
The rating was formed based on the results of social and economic development in the largest cities.
The research aimed to establish the best city to live in as an attempt to rate a city as a service or a good used by its citizens.
The top places were taken by Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk, Tyumen, Sochi and Ekaterinburg.
The bottom was taken by Zlatoust, Naberezhniye Chelny, Biysk, Vladivostok and Makhachkala.
According to the press service of the Penza administration, the most attractive city in the Volga Federal District is Ufa on 8th place in the list.
