Penza, 4 November 2014. PenzaNews. The local community fund “Civil Union” began a Penza-wide charity campaign “New Year Postcard.”

During its timespan, the inhabitants of the city and the region will be able to buy the postcards created from the drawings of kids that had been placed into an in-patient hospital throughout the year.

Anyone can make an postcard order on the website of the fund.

Each postcard will cost from 30 to 40 rubles, and all the profits will be used to equip a children’s room in the Penza region tuberculosis hospital.

Afterwards, the money will be used to update the recovery chamber in the children’s department of the hospital.
