The compact column with flags went from the Friendship bridge to Rostok monument for a public rally.

Over 10 police officers monitored the Russian March.

During the public rally, the representatives of the civil movement “Sura union” Alexander Shipanov and Alexei Pimanov addressed the audience.

Moreover, other people, such as the general director of LLC “Penzkonditermash” and LLC “Mikroprofil” Ruslan Barmakov, addressed them with short speeches.

The organizers also read the declaration of the Russian March on Novorossiya.

The public rally participants shouted the slogans “For Novorossiya!”, “For United Rus!”, “For Russia! For Russian authority!”, “For Slavic world! For Russian world!” and “Glory to Russia, glory to Rus!”

Two activists were holding the large banner with the words “Russia for Russians and in the Russian way” and a large portrait of the former Russian emperor Alexander the Third.

Alexei Pimanov, commenting on the fact that few people came to the march, told PenzaNews agency that “it’s quality, not quantity, that counts.”

“Those who came today are true Russian patriots. They did not care about the weather and holiday stuff and came,” he said.

According to the activists, the Russian factor becomes a major one in policy-making process.

“Lingering in the Russian issue leads to the events such as those that happen on the South-East of Ukraine. Smart authorities won’t let that happen. It must be solved. The Russian nation is the one the country is formed around. There are still people ready to serve the Russian idea,” Alexei Pimanov explained.
