Penza police refused to open case against Ruslan Barmakov

Penza, 6 November 2014. PenzaNews. The officials made the decision not to institute criminal proceedings after the audit conducted at the request of Vladimir Maslov, general director of Penza regional fund for innovation support JSC, about possible illegal activities by the management of the Company subsidiaries — LLC “Penzkonditermash” and LLC “Mikroprofil.”

According to the information that was available to PenzaNews agency, the audit was carried out by the officers of economic security and anti-corruption department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Penza, according to Art. 144-145 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

As the agency reported earlier, public attention was drawn to the activities of Penzkonditermash LLC and Mikroprofil LLC, when Ruslan Barmakov, general director of these companies, held one-man pickets in Penza on September 29-30. The first one was held near the business incubator on Volodarskogo Street, the second one — on Lenin Square in front of the regional government.

In both cases, the organizer of the protest action had a banner reading: “Bespalov, Maslov stop raider attacks on innovative enterprises in PRFIS.”

According to Ruslan Barmakov, currently they attempt to take over the subsidiaries of Penza regional fund for innovation support JSC. According to him, this is done at the direction Valery Bespalov, d chairman of the Penza region, and Vladimir Maslov, head of PRFIS.
