Penza, 11 November 2014. PenzaNews. Inspectors of Rosprirodnadzor department of the Penza region have located an unauthorized dumpster site in Nizhny Lomov area.

“The unauthorized dumpster site, 200 meters long and 5 meters wide, is located by the dirt road going along the gas distribution node on the south-eastern edge of Atmis village in Nizhny Lomov area,” the press service of the administration explained to PenzaNews agency.

The inspectors found various items in the dumpster, including furniture elements, polyethylene, plastic bottles, broken glass, tin cans, shrub trash, discarded wood, and so on.

“We have directed the raid reports to the head of the city administration to eradicate the unauthorized dumpster which is located close to the gas transportation equipment,” the Rosprirodnadzor department spokesperson concluded.
