Penza, 11 November 2014. PenzaNews. The Roskomnadzor department of the Penza region has concluded a planned desk audit of CJSC “Penza-GSM” (of “SMARTS” conglomerate) and revealed several violations.

In particular, the company was found to be in violation of items 19 E, Z and M of the Code of mobile service provision: item 1, Art. 24 of the federal law “Concerning communications”; item 2.1 of General communications traffic transmission considerations; items 31 and 34 of General communication system construction considerations; and item 13 of Provisions on manual personal data processing.

Moreover, the company has violated the essential requirement listed in item 1, Art. 24 of the federal law “Concerning communications.”

According to the Rospotrebnadzor website, the officials wrote down four instructions to eliminate discovered violations, and sent two notices on administrative protocol creation.
