Penza, 14 November 2014. PenzaNews. A three-floor apartment building for former dilapidated house owners on Klara Zetkin street in Penza housed the first regional professional competition “Best Plumber.”

On Friday, November 14, the best plumbers from Penza, Zarechny, Kuznetsk and the areas of the region who passed the qualification stage took part in the competition for a 20,000-ruble grand prize.

The first and second prizes are 15,000 and 10,000 rubles.

The participants were quizzed on labor safety and instructed to install water rises, heaters and plumbing elements.
