Penza, 19 November 2014. PenzaNews. The department of Roskomnadzor in the Penza region held an extracurricular audit of JSC “Mobile TeleSystems” (MTS) that revealed several violations of communication laws.

Among other things, the company failed to adhere to parts 110, 116 and 1124 of the Code of providing local, interzone, country-wide and worldwide communications.

The service provider failed to deliver the phone bills to its customers, and introduced voluntary changes in current contracts with the users of “TriNiti” billing layout that violated the current legislation.

The officials described the violations of JSC “MTS” in several protocols. The company will be held accountable according to Part 3, Art. 14.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code with a demand to rectify the revealed issues.

According to the information published on Roskomnadzor website, the materials on violations were directed to the Arbitrage court of the Penza region.
