As Yuliya Gavrishova, head of JSC TD Stoloto PR-service, informed PenzaNews agency, the last name of the lottery participant is not disclosed at the request.

“Winning is not the only joy in their family. In October, her daughter, who lives in another city, gave birth to twins. The woman intends to surprise her relatives with buying everything needed for the children and sending things with a courier,” the agency interlocutor said.
