Penza, 3 December 2014. PenzaNews. The municipal unitary enterprise “Penzgorstroizakazchik” has published an official request to purchase a Toyota Highlander at a price of 2 million 179 thousand rubles.

According to the request, the car must be painted black metallic, have perforated leather seats, multifunctional steering wheel covered in leather, wooden decoration and silver roof railings.

According to official requirements, the supplier must sign the documents no less than 10 days after signing the request protocol.
