Best Penza region Arbitration Court employees awarded
Penza, 3 December 2014. PenzaNews. The most distinguished members of the Penza region Arbitration Court were awarded certificates and letters of gratitude during the commemorative meeting held on the Lawyer’s Day on Wednesday, December 3.

Addressing the audience, Mikhail Kosoy, chairman of the regional government, noted that the arbitration system not only is an effective dispute resolution mechanism, but is also responsive to the situation in the economy.
“Your fruitful activity to hear out and resolve disputes reliably provides safeguards to protect the rights of business. Validity of your decisions is the criterion by which society assesses the quality of justice,” he said.
As the press service of the regional government told PenzaNews agency, currently 122 people are employed in the Arbitration Court of the Penza region, which is the court of the first instance.
