Penza, 4 December 2014. PenzaNews. MTS has reported growing demand in modern telecommunication services among state-owned enterprises of the Penza region.

“Contracts in this segment doubled, while overall number of corporate clients of MTS grew by a third in the region this year,” the press service of MTS Volga Regional District branch informed PenzaNews agency.

The company clarified that last year saw the increase in corporate clients by 1.5 times among large businesses, by over 20% among SMEs, and by 2.5 times among B2B clients who use VAS services to optimize their routine.

“One of the most requested convergent services of our company is ‘Free call 8-800’ and ‘Autosecretary’: demand on these services tripled in a year. Services help increase efficiency of working with company clients, timely work with incoming phone calls regardless of load, and increase the percentage of successful outgoing calls,” the press service said.

MTS also noted that M2M services continue to remain popular among the Penza region businesses despite growing demand for “cloud-based” convergent mechanisms.

“The quantity of telematic SIM cards in regional enterprises more than doubled last year. More and more companies use the ‘Mobile staff’ service that helps locate company employees and transport. Number of new subscriptions to this service grew five times in a year,” the company added.

In a comment to these results, Evgeny Galushko, director of MTS branches in the Ulyanovsk and Penza regions and the Republic of Mordovia, pointed out that corporate network market in the region has good growth potential.

“More and more state-owned and business enterprises realize that modern telecom services may significantly improve their key routine. Depending on what an enterprise does, innovative MTS solutions help control staff movement, conduct expert-level logistics or distribution planning, receive realtime updates on equipment status, provide timely service to customers, and so forth. A company that employs modern telecom services may cut its expenses and therefore reduce its prices for their partners and clients,” he stressed.
