Penza teachers competition “My heart to children” began in Penza

Penza, 15 December 2014. PenzaNews. The tenth city extracurricular teachers competition “My heart to children” began in the Yanichkina art secondary school in Penza on Monday, December 15.

This year, 8 professionals from various institutions, such as the Center of children’s tourism and tours, the children’s art center No. 2, the city young technicians stations No. 1 and No. 2, the city and youth center “Sputnik,” the Yanichkina art secondary school, the children’s art palace, and the children’s and youth creativity center No. 2, will compete with each other.
Among the participants are leaders of military-patriotic, physical and sports education, and artistic groups, teachers of vocal studios and dance ensembles. They are Larisa Kazakova, Natalya Zheltukhina, Maria Churaeva, Yaroslava Evglevskaya, Svetlana Bezrukova, Olga Azhnova, Shamil Khabeev and Olga Lapaeva.
They will go through several task, such as autopresentation, education curriculum defense, test open lesson, and workshop organization.
During the opening ceremony, Yuri Golodyaev, the head of the Penza city education department, expressed his gratitude to both the educational system itself and each participant in particular.
“You are revealing the children’s talents, being close by them. A school is an obligatory program, mostly aimed to educate minds. Extracurricular education system is optional: the children choose you on their own according to their callings. And you are first of all the schoolers of the spirit of each of them,” he said.
The competition will end on Tuesday, December 16.
