Penza, 16 December 2014. PenzaNews. Over 1,670 were born in the families with three or more kids in the Penza region during the eleven months of 2014.

As the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor told PenzaNews agency, this is one hundred and one children more than in the first eleven months of the year of 2013.

“2,885 people are currently receiving the monthly allowance of 6,114 rubles for the birth of a third and subsequent child. This allowance is provided by the Presidential edict dated May 7 2012, titled ‘On implementing population policy in Russian Federation’,” the authorities said.

The press service added that a total of 166.2 million rubles were allocated for allowance during the eleven months of 2014, including 115.7 million from the federal budget.
