Penza, 18 December 2014. PenzaNews. Drivers must follow road rules and exercise caution due to slippery roads in the Penza region, says the message published on the website of the Penza region traffic police department.

“Due to unfavorable weather, our department asks all drivers to be especially careful, keep safe distance, do not drive too fast, avoid quick maneuvers and breaking and mind road signs. You should be especially careful on pedestrian and road crossing,” says the text.

As it says, slippery roads increase breaking distance, so pedestrians must be extremely careful as well.

“Choose marked pedestrian crossings, and try to wear reflective clothing at night,” say the traffic police.
