Statement on recognition of Vladimir Kvachkov’s book as extremist left without consideration

Penza, 23 December 2014. PenzaNews. Statement made by the prosecutor of Leninsky district of Penza for the sake of the Russian Federation on the recognition of book “Who rules Russia?” by Vladimir Kvachkov was left by the court without consideration. The retired military intelligence colonel who is currently serving his sentence in one of Mordovian colonies for attempting to overthrow the government.

As the spokesman of Leninsky district court told PenzaNews agency, the decision was made “due to the establishment of a dispute on the right between the applicant and the person concerned.”
“The applicant was advised to apply to the court for action proceedings,” the spokesman said.
In response to a request for further clarification, he noted that “the court does not provide such advice.”
According to the information available to PenzaNews agency, the statement on recognition of Vladimir Kvachkov's book “Who rules Russia?” was forwarded to the court by Evgeny Zudikhin, prosecutor of Leninsky district of Penza, justice advisor, in October 2014.
