Russian Army museum to open in Penza youth center

Penza, 24 December 2014. PenzaNews. The Russian Army museum will open in the Penza youth palace on Thursday, December 25.

It will be directed and organized by “Avantpost” military history youth club led by Tomas Yanchkauskas.

The permanent exhibition of the museum will feature military uniforms, paintings, etchings, weapons, medals and combat munitions of soldiers and officers of the Russian Imperial Army, from the War of 1812 to the World War One.

According to the press service of the regional government, the museum is oriented for Penza school students.
