Penza, 26 December 2014. PenzaNews. The committee of the regional Federal Antimonopoly Service department has found JSC “Penza bread factory No. 4” and JSC “Penza bread factory No. 2” in breach of the federal trade regulation laws.

“A self-employed businessman has alerted the FAS of the 6% increase of cost prices for bread and bread products after September 1, 2014. The investigators have found out the bread factories have raised the cost prices for chain stores with a delay of two weeks compared to other sales points,” the press secretary of FAS Marina Goryacheva informed PenzaNews agency.

As she reminded, the law prohibits goods suppliers to discriminate other suppliers.

“The case resulted in orders to JSC ‘Penza bread factory No. 4’ and JSC ‘Penza bread factory No. 2’ to rectify the antimonopoly laws breach and treat its customer companies equally. The materials of the case will be transferred to further review for instituting a case of administrative violation,” said the agency interlocutor.
