Penza, 2 January 2015. PenzaNews. LLC “Penza confectionary factory” has reinforced safety measures of delivery train routes to temporary storage after an intervention from transportation authorities.

“A check has uncovered the fact that condition of delivery train route did not follow the requirements set by law. Using the route in its current condition would violate legislation on transportation security and train transportation usage, which would endanger the goods. The prosecutor took this into account and addressed the court with a demand to enforce legislation adherence,” Maya Ivanova, Senior Assistant to Transport Prosecutor in Volga District for media relations, told PenzaNews agency.

According to her, the deputy executive director of the factory met a court case on administrative violation under part 6, Art. 11.1 of the Administrative Code, titled “Actions that lead to violation of train and metro transportation safety.”

“Moreover, the head of the enterprise received the order to rectify the violations,” explained the agency interlocutor.

Maya Ivanova stressed that official intervention led to all the revealed problems being rectified, while the deputy executive director along with two other employees has been fined.
